Highlights - holiday in Northern California 2014

The soundtrack to the holiday was most emphatically OneRepublic - Counting Stars, with Aviicii - Wake Me Up second. Both were playing regularly on the radio, and in shops, with the former also reminding us of looking at the Milky Way as a big arc in the dark skies of Sequoia & Lassen Volcanic Parks. We encountered a NASA dark skies weekend at the latter, seeing the open rings of Saturn through a telescope.

Car licence plates

Once the girls had seen a few licence plates from different states in the US, they set themselves the task of trying to collect a photo of one from each state.  This had Clara scouring car parks in Yosemite, which proved a rewarding ground.

This blog page is intended to hold a montage of all the plates acquired, which was all but 4 US states. Can you guess which ones were hardest to find?
